Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. During peak periods or new drops, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

All domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, ect. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard International: 6–14 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery windows, delays may occur due to high demand, customs, or carrier issues. PRESSA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
