Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Items that sell out before checkout is completed

Please carefully review product details, sizing information, and your order before purchasing. Once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked.


Faulty or Damaged Items (Returns Accepted)

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Assessment & Approval

  • Our team will review your request and confirm whether the return is approved.

Return the Item

  • If approved, securely package the item and return it to:

Resolution

  • Once received and inspected:
  • We will replace the item (if stock is available), or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels
